Spending his career in the Civil Engineering and construction industries, Randy works hand-in-hand with Clients to craft and keep highly effective promises that consistently deliver successful projects. His experience ranges from the origination of structural designs and grading and drainage plans for single-family residences and commercial buildings, to land planning and obtaining land-use entitlements from regulatory agencies for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. As project manager, Randy has managed A&E teams to deliver extraordinary outcomes for the design and construction of small to multi-million dollar commercial, industrial, and residential projects. No matter the size of the project, Randy’s goal is to create trusting and collaborative relationships to deliver the highest benefit for all parties throughout the life of a project.
